Originally an options trader on the Chicago Board of Options Exchange, Graham has a real estate track record of successfully identifying emerging markets as he has developed, purchased and managed a portfolio in excess of $100M in real estate assets over the past 17 years. Graham's business successes include Boulder Concepts Restaurant Group, a collection of ten dining establishments in Denver and San Francisco, as well as being on the forefront of the trend to develop live/work lofts in Denver and San Francisco.

Prior to Solstice, Graham built several luxury second homes for his own enjoyment, which ultimately led to the creation of Solstice as a better alternative for himself and closely-held group of like-minded individuals.
